hello there
just sharing a useful tip....when i do not do sirasana for several days due to my period i get really bloated...maybe it is the air in GI tract due to nectar cycle that gets accumulated (and maybe not) ...anyway the only way to release the air and feel relief from bloating is by doing sirasana again...instant relief

What should I practice to get rid of "air" with easier asanas?
