Right after practice, just before rest, there is this beautiful moment of bliss in sahasrara. It also brings with it, the urge to vocalize an OM. Yet Khechari is blocking the throat.

In this very moment my neighbor decides to cut the grass and turns on his lawn-mower. Rrrooooooohhhhhmmmmmmm!
