You have to have a square pic (crop it using "paint" or windows gallery or any other picture editing function, then you will have to upload it to some website... ans post a link to it the picture URL on your profile. At times Facebook pictures work provided you have the setting as Public.

It worked via my fb page, without me having to upload it to some random site, which I didnt want to do.
