Hi all,

One of my French correspondent who suffers a kundalini imbalance asks me a question I am unable to answer.

My correspondent wants to know if to practice sirsasana, head stand, can help to relieve kundalini excess. Can anyone help me to answer?
Thanks

Shanti

Thanks Shanti for your answer.
I already recommended my correspondent lessons 69 and 83.
I read carefully the topics you suggest but I don’t find any answer to my question. My guess is that head stand has no noticeable effect on kundalini, perhaps it can even made things worse.
I agree with warnings Yogani gives about head stand. When I was younger I practiced head stand and I needed many sessions with my osteopath to correct my cervical vertebrae. Now, I practice shoulder stand and never more head stand.
