I am at his 2nd book Spinal Breathing and I am delighted. So much food for thought, I love this info, let's see where it takes me.
I had once a dream where my guides brought me to see the future me, and I saw myself in probably in my 50s, I was in a garden, and I was perpetually in a state of bliss where a white/silver light would shine from my chest and bathe my body in constant bliss.
I don't doubt that if that dream ever is to manifest, me falling on this material was a pivotal event in my personal yogic history.
