I post free material from other websites to many forums under the condition that what is being offered is free of charge & is accessible from the post itself, or a direct link to an mp3 download or pdf & finally I cite the source of the material as the only external-link
I make this my criteria so as to be in accordance with anti-spamming, anti-trafficking & anti-promoting of other websites.
