On a recent trip to India i came across The Art of Living Foundation, i took the basic and advance courses.... wow. The leader Sri Sri Ravi Shankar is know as the Guru of joy and i was delighted with their approach to both yoga and everyday living.
In the practice that they teach the Sudarshan Kriya is a central practice, a little like DM is for AYP. I was wondering if anybody here has had any experience with this Kriya or if anyone has been practicing it with AYP. I sometimes include this with other AYP practices with good results (joyful feeling) and was wondering if anyone else had some thoughts/experience on this, ie. mixing of practices etc..
Of course i have read that its not so good as it can lead to overloading, however in the case that you are feeling good do you become dogmatic and stop practicing, or continue with the experimentation. i am interested to see others point of view on this.
