Channeled poetry. I feel the urge to write and so I now do  That's how I usually do things nowadays....  
I Am that I Am
My self is now,
My self is here,
All I need is the sound of my heart, beating in the rhythm of the ONE,
Love is a virtue and I Am This,
All is as it is,
Because I am that.
Why should I be anything else,
When I am what I have been and always will be.
The sounds of the heart of the One,
I am That!

I would say be brave but there is nothing to fear
as all love, all your searching for is right here
if you stop, if you look, if you listen then you'll hear
you are the silence in which you disappear
but there's a paradox, if you search you won't find
this is the one task you can't accomplish with your mind
But then there's a bonus, we're wired we're designed
to wake up to the truth, it just a matter of time
So no need to worry nothing gets left behind
