Hello everybody;

I've noticed that during self inquiry specifically after asking"Who Am I",my breath is gone...then some time later,I notice I'm not breathing so I intentionally take an inhalation.
Is that normal?
Is this supposed to happen during self inquiry?

Love;

Yes

And it's a good sign of progress and demonstrates the integration between our sitting practices and self inquiry... But I'd take it easy with self inquiry practices, you don't want to end up overloading...

Yogani have covered everything there is about Self Inquiry, check from lesson 321 and onwards...

Love,
Ananda

Hi Ananda;
I was wondering why I'm having these violent weird dreams lately even though there's no obvious reason for me to overload.It is worth mentioning I'm not forcing self inquiry,It happened naturally and now I go with the flow whenever it arises
I'll re-read the lessons
Thank you for the instant reply
Love;
Delara
