I had shared this song at the Mensch Mill retreat and wanted to share it here.

This is a St Francis prayer that we sang many mornings at assembly at school for years. I loved it then.
Now this song describes what I feel my samyama(life) is about.
I had these words come to me a while back,

Shweta,
Thanks you for sharing this at the retreat and again here...this song was always a favorite of mine at church on Sundays growing up. But hearing it again after a long time, and from a different place, it brought me to tears. In a good way.
And let me tell you, you *are* a conduit of Peace...stillness in action _/\_
