Hi All,
Want to share a piece of art that came from the stillness of the group during our AYP retreat over the weekend on Sept 16-18 in Pennsylvania.

We were allowed to paint anything we wanted and go in and change anyone else's painting, in a way that did not alter the original piece but added some new dimension to how the person altering the painting saw the piece.
The sharing was really touching...
When each person told us what their piece meant, it showed how beautiful the inner stillness of every soul is.
We were all really touched by the sweetness and genuineness of every piece of the artwork put on that canvas. Every brush stroke and every pen stroke said so much.
Thank you all who participated in this project. Some did not add anything, but did share what they would have added if they could express it in paint. I am really grateful for that.
If the participants want to share what they added to the canvas (or did not add to the canvas, but shared their intentions in our group) in this topic, it may make this piece more meaningful.

Seeing this again brings tears to the eyes...the combined Stillness of everyone...thank you for providing the "canvas" for our inner stillness to find expression...and not just in the painting

| This was a wonderful part of the retreat, one I was very happy to participate in. It all came together so well and with such love and caring. One of the most interesting parts of it was the sharing we all did while doing it, sometimes small groups would get together and talk about it before, during and after adding something to it, a real moment of sharing.
