So after meditation, I decided to do some exercise. I went to start stretching, reaching for my toes, (in which I usually have a hard time with) to my surprise I received an extra breath, allowing my to put my palm on the floor.
hello WmBuzz71 and welcome to ayp forums.... may I ask what kind of meditation you are doing now? in ayp deep meditation we do not meditate for 2 hours,we have 2 sittings one in the morning and one in the evening for about 20 to 30 minutes each (the sitting includes spinal breathing and deep meditation) sitting for long periods like you are doing now leads to overload....i suggest that you self pace immediately (keep exercising as much as you can) and that you read the lessons: http://www.aypsite.org/13.html http://www.aypsite.org/41.html http://www.aypsite.org/69.

Those 2hrs actually felt like 20min. It's hard to stop when all these energies are tuning the spine and head, it's like the energy doesn't want me stop, it actually paralyzes me.
Thx for the heads up on meditating to long, it's just hard to let go when you know you're receiving a gift. I can't afford to miss out, my transit period start on Oct 15, that last 77 days, it's once in a lifetime thing, so I need to be ready to see the signs.
