The other day I had an attack of fear over my daughter's upcoming wedding, nuttin big, just the idea of being in front of all those people, then making idle conversations all night, etc. Anyway, this time, as suggested here, I tried to feel it in the body; one part I felt it in was my hands. Odd I thought, but searching for where the fear was residing in me alleviated a lot of it. Good stuff, eh? |

Yes, great discovery! It works for other emotions, and pain,too. You have to put all of your attention on it and all five senses can receive something. |
