hello everybody
I decided do add another meditation once after the second session of the day
I noticed something
two things actually
one thing is that I am aware of the things a little moment after they happen
I notice noticing after it happened then I notice the effort of being aware and THEN I notice that it is just another object of perception. Is this right this way? Shouldnt I be aware the moment something comes in? Or is it that what I call being ware is jsut the intelelct understanding that something is just an object?

The second thing I came across is the unknowable. that was nice! I was lying there and noticed that I notice etc. and then I somehow saw OR understood (cant say for sure now) that htere is something that cannot be seen. Like something invisible. Anyway I'll keep it up

I'm thankful for all advice and whatsoever you have to say

There are two grades in that kind of practice.

1. The what you believe you are observing.

2. That what always is being.

The first can lead to the second if the first becomes continuous and melts in its own to its source.

-------

AYP + this can become quite excessive though.

Thank you for the reply

Yes that is how I experienced it, too
But since I had to break up my routine I now am at a level where I rely on my mind again to some level.
Also I wondered if this is really a way that will work.

btw, kannst du mir deine neue ICQ Nummer geben? Oder MSN? :P
