I have been doing the seven exercises for a few weeks. It is the first exercise I have been able to do in decades! Though I had to eliminate the neck exercise.
My questions are:
1. Can this routine be done every day? Usually they say you have to give a day in-between. 2. If I just do this and walking, is it enough along with the asanas to tone up my muscles? I am trying to increase the number of reps. But I am in my mid-50s and have fibromyalgia. 3. Do those exercises work enough of the muscle groups? 4. Even though it only takes about ten minutes, is that really enough time?
I really would prefer not to use weights or even bands. So this would be perfect if it was enough.
