When lying in bed before sleep, my hands go into figa mudra. I don't know if its automatically, but it feels much more comfortable to put the fingers this way than any other way. Is there some meaning behind it?
That is a form of automatic yoga, it is common when doing yoga, it is a way for the universe to show you that yoga is already in you. dont worry about it there will be more eventually, its harmless. As Yogani says, The guru is in you.
Yes there is much enjoyment to be had in automatic yoga! If you must you can resist it (in public) but better to observe it and appreciate that it shows up in the first place.
