Hi all,

I have been super busy lately, but I have managed to complete a book I was working on - about the kechari mudra. I titled it "Kechari Mudra - A Culmination"

I mention a lot of introductory topics that people here will be well aware of, but I also included a few ideas that I haven't heard elsewhere.

I will leave a link to the book below - this is version 0.914 of the book - but I want to improve it in the future.

Hi Gerhard,

What you write about "the cross" and doing breath holds in that position sounds very intriguing and makes me want to go beyond stage 2! It seems that since both nostrils are covered from the inside, you could also perform Yoni Mudra Kumbhaka without hands?

I also notice sometimes my ear muscles activating when doing shambavi mudra, in particular the tensor tympani muscles producing their deep rumble

Thanks for sharing, there was indeed plenty of new details in your beautiful booklet!

I also agree with you about the 5-meo. For me, a tiny amount will produce reliably a state nearly identical to those reached during sober meditation. As I mentioned elsewhere in the forum, I only use it rarely, with the same mindset, goal and effect of a meditation retreat. Psychedelics have like sex a natural synergy with yoga, and similar to what tantra is for sex one needs some know-how to unfold that synergy for psychedelics, and similar to energy practices, but maybe even more so, there is a danger of overdoing. So it might be wiser to not experiment with psychedelics without having that know-how.
