When a person who has always lived in a city, goes to a holiday at some beautiful place (an island, mountains or any natural place), and then returns back, he remembers the time spend there and feels delighted. The cool breeze, warm sunrays, calm nature, good food etc...
Similarly, a person who tastes Samadhi (Inner Silence), can never forget it when he returns back to body/mind consciousness.
Just like we left nature and have built big cities... we build big dreams too and reside in them, forgetting our true natural place.
The good thing is Samadhi (Inner Silence) is not an expensive holiday trip. Its absolutely free and always here!
The Self (the Guru) within is the secret which sooner or later reveals this. All one needs to do is listen to the language of its heart and unite with it.
The one who is in union with the Guru is the master of Yoga. He has found answer to all its questions. All Yoga asanas, mudras are learnt itself.
And finding our inner Guru is very easy if we have a meditative mind. A meditative mind that understands the language of Love and Trust.
