Much prana upward flow. Then fatiqued and depressed afterward. Too much upward movement. Looking for energy practices to bring the energy down for balance. Many thanks, Seth

Your symptoms are classic signs of overdoing. This can be prevented by self-pacing your practice. Yogani talks about that here: http://www.aypsite.org/38.html
If you manage to practice THAT much, I recommend doing a mantra (108 times if you can) at the end. Let it take over the energy. It can dissolve it correctly.
