The meaning's simple.
No matter how much pleasure (physical/mental), yoga, deep meditative states...
"I" can not be satisfied permanently. Its impossible.
It just continues dying in different ways and coming back.
Because satisfaction and "I" can not exist together. So there must be another way.

I thought Madonna wrote this after visiting India, and my take on it is this: She realizes how karma works now. She has decided to stop being promiscuous, and save her sexual energy, go within, break the birth/death cycle, and destroy her ego. But she realizes she has a lot of work to do to balance karma, and is willing to do it.
What is funny is the movie is nothing about this. The movie is about spies killing each other, and realizing they are always risking their lives, and when they survive another life threatening situation, it is only to die another day. . . |

I have not seen the movie but I felt the song meant something like this:
INTO A BLINDING DARKNESS GO THEY WHO WORSHIP ACTION ALONE.
INTO AN EVEN GREATER DARKNESS GO THEY WHO WORSHIP MEDITATION.
FOR IT IS OTHER THAN MEDITATION,
