Asanas (1 Set, 15 mins) Spinal Breathing (10 mins) Yoni Mudra Kumbhaka+Jalandhara (4 repetitions, 2 mins) Deep Meditation, (No enhancements, just I AM) (30 mins) Samyama (9 basic Sutras+4 repetitions of Akasha, 6-10 mins) Rest (3-5 mins)
