Do you pronounce the "a" in "am" as the a in "farm" or "ham?"
I know this doesn't matter in meditation. But say, when you teach your friend meditation, how do you pronounce it? Thank you!

Hello,

It's like in "ham." You can also listen to the audio recordings of Yogani.
