i just wondered whether anyone has the feeling like they want differentiate themselves from the rest of the multimillion dollar yoga incorporated simply because they don't seek what we seek, they want to heal their joints or just forget the stress of the day.

I really want enlightenment and am prepared to sacrifice a lot to make progress on my path, yet when i turn up in my addidas and a sports top I just look like any one.

When is an aspirant a Yogi or yogini?

even my teacher doesn't do any of the spiritual side of Yoga.

i'm finding it very hard not to have my own guru,

does choosing enlightenment give you a higher place on the hierarchy of this western world?

I'm feeling pretty humble right now. yet my ego is begging to be seen as important, it's driving me and others up the wall.
