Is kundalini awakening necessary to Astral travel?
I want to do Astral Travelling,How can I?
What is the best time to do it?
What is the best technique to do it?
I am 20 and have tinnitus if it may concern.

Hi Gamefu,
I have never tried Astral Travel, though now, after years of meditation and practices, it happens naturally. I am still not interested in it, it happens when it does.

So I will not be able to answer most of your questions. I am sure someone will chime in.
