Hello Folks,
I was pondering this today... one rishi I have read, has said 'save the breath' . One's breath is aligned to ones longevity on this earth. Anyone have any info or care to comment on this? As I look to the animal kingdom I think of those insects that must breath a zillion times per day e.g. bugs, flies,
little creatures, let alone their heart rate ( humming birds) have a short life span. Any thoughts or info from readings ? seems to fall under Hatha Yoga and Prana Yoga?
