Hello AYPers....

I am looking for insightful information regarding Pingala nadi.

Do you have any experiences that you'd like to share?

I have started a thread, http://www.aypsite.org/forum/topic....OPIC_ID=8589, that goes into this a little.

I'm going through some radical transformation as Pingala is seemingly catching up to rest of the body.

I would love to hear your personal experience with it
