Hi!

I've come to AYP from IIH (Step 3ish) and want to add some exercises to pick up where I've left off in the Bardon system. There are a few things I'd like to have others opinions on:

Compare/Contrast - Spinal breathing and vital breathing
Compare/Contrast - Pore breathing an idea and samyama (They feel similar to me)

Adding exercises like breathing and accumulating vital/elemental energy.

FYI... I am familiar with the regular Bardon web resources, I am mostly interested in integrating the above into a ayp practice, not just information on the exercises themselves. Thanks!

I am very familiar with Bardon.

The thing with Bardon, is that a lot of the higher steps have to do with OBE practice. I would just try to directly master OBE.

I wouldn't waste time with anything else.
