Hi everybody,
I´d like to bring up the subject of New Age, metaphysical universes, esoteric teachings, ect. I realise that some are hoaxes, but I often wonder about it all. You know, like being in a meditative state, and using the third eye to "see" other dimensions, and life on other planets. Others, like UFO´s, and channeling, etc.
What are your thoughts, and does all of this have any conection with our spiritual journey? What about AYP?

Thanks for the inquiry. I didn´t know there was a Nirmal, India.
My spiritual name, nirmal, was given to me by the late Yogi Bhajan of the Sikh tradition and Master of Kundalini yoga. Nirmal means "pure, without stain."
