There was an old man, who's the grandpa of a little boy. He had a big beard and he slept really well. One day his grandson asked him: "Grandpa, when you were sleeping, did you put your beard outside of the cover or inside?" The old man couldn't answer this question, because he never thought about it. So he spent the night trying to find out. He put the beard inside the cover, toss and turn, and couldn't sleep. then he put it outside, still couldn't sleep. This went on for the whole night. And the poor old man was sleepless.
Hope we are all not the poor old man in our meditation, nor too often the curious little boy neither.
