The same thing comes again
the doubts, the fears, the worries and attachments
and I drive as the thoughts play out
and sit, letting the thoughts be
something inside expands with no effort
the thoughts come, what is that heat in the belly, in the back
how is that happening, what does it mean, why is that
and I sit, drive, letting the thoughts be, letting the feelings be
pull up to an old friends house
pack the car again
and we sit, and drive, to the ocean, sometimes talking, sometimes laughing
going surfing, something I once loved so much
the doubts, fears, worries and attachment come
did I loose the love, I let the thoughts be
we paddle through the water, choppy, about head high
how long since I surfed, will I have to get used to it again
and I sit, wait for the waves, and let the thoughts be
and I catch waves, the feeling of surfing returns
the power of the waves beneath my feet
a lot of thoughts, feelings, and worries for nothing
Today I felt tired, and the thoughts came to attack the weak
the waves pass and crash on the shore

| nice one... i was feeling really disgusting early, just made a cup of peppermint tea, read this and it all clears up, crazy. :) |
