Forgive me if this has been mentioned but when I meditate the ringing high pitched tinutus type sounds become quite loud.

In the past inner sound meditation was a tecnique i used so i learnt to go with any sound.

Should I ignore the sounds and favour the mantra or let the sound take me?

Hello snake,
I also hear a high-pitched sound both in and outside of meditation. However, when doing AYP meditation we treat any experiences as thoughts and easily favor the mantra.
