Wrote some thoughts that came to mind as 2010 began and decided to share them here. They are random and in no particular order.

The first relationship, the primordial marriage that we all have in common is with life. In other words, we are in a very intimate relationship with our minds, we share the same space: this body.

The mind tells the story of life, it's version based on limited, momentary perceptions. Awareness eventually sees the truth beyond the limited perceptions, bit by bit, mind heals and awareness expands.

Awareness is here and now to heal mind, our life mission. Heal the earth by healing ourselves, "un-limiting" the mind.

Balance is the path, life the primary teacher of balance. Pain when we deviate then eventually surrender. Life is a jealous lover and will bring you what you need to find balance so that your relationship with life is in harmony. When this relationship is in complete harmony: peaceful, bliss.

Problems only exist when we think about them, ultimately there are no problems, they are invented, imaginary. Hell is dwelling on the imaginary problems within, heaven is forgetting self and serving the other.

Living to serve others is joy...
