Hi all,

yesterday a very good friend of mine told me, that his girlfriend faces problems with high blood pressure. She is a 25 years old, beautiful young double-bassist.

I know some of you may be experienced in ayurvedic, homeopathic, or other non-conventional approaches. My father suffers also hypertension, relying for many years solely on western medicine. The effects of the therapy (drugs) he's being offered, seem rather terrifying.

If you succeeded to cure your hypertension, or are otherwise experienced, please offer your insights.

Thanks,
Roman

Magnesium is worth a try. I don't have personal experience with high blood pressure, but a lot of people claim to have success with magnesium.

I don't recommend magnesium oxide or magnesium aspartate.
