Sometimes I get a spontaneous urge to do mulabandha/ashwini mudra and after that my lower back (tail bone) pains a lot, like I have a big back ache and I will feel totally without energy or like I am coming from a big work out.
I am not sure what is happening but all I want to make sue is that I am not over doing something or hurting myself internally.
Any ideas....
