Thank you for the taste,
the taste that was lost,
the taste of life in each mouthful,
food is not food anymore,
rice is not rice anymore,
the mouth is chewing,
the heart is flowing,
tears are coming,
silence is the king..

Fasting out of love,
no fear, no tension,
only gratitude and trust,
only love, prayer and peace..

Emptiness to receive,
Emptifullness to give,
Beautiful body, mysterious temple..
Life is short, each minute is infinite..

Thank you for the beauty that I am,
Thank you for the light that I see,
in me, in my father, in the cockroach!
