The practice is this:
With head upright, gazing straight ahead, breath in, and as you do hold the conscious intention of breathing in the Holy Spirit, the Radiant Holy Breath of God, then, tilting your head down, breathe out, breathing that Holy Spirit into your heart.
Just as the intonement of the Blessed Name into the brow star may open sight into the world of the Holy Spirit, this practice may open the heart, one’s ability to feel the love of God and love for all one’s relations.
As for the practice of holy sighing – yes, it is an essential giving and receiving that may be done for oneself or another at anytime, anywhere, in an instant. We simply abide in the awareness of God’s presence within and all around us, aware of the Spirit of God in the very air we breath, and then, sighing we hold the conscious intention of releasing all negativity. In that very instant it is gone and we move on, Spirit-filled, Spirit-connected!
It is very simple and direct – not much to say about this, there is not much thinking involved in it; all we must do is remember Emmanuel, “God is with us,” and be willing to let go of negativity, holding that conscious intention.
In Christ, anytime we are willing to let go of negativity or darkness it is a done deal!
That’s what “grace” means.
In closing we may say that giving and receiving is a graceful practice – full of amazing grace!

And ... any time your heart feels troubled, or when there's any sense of suffering ..... maybe try this practice; it's beautiful, it's simple .... and my heart tells me that we each and all will feel a very real grace from offering/allowing/giving/doing it!
