I would be interested to know if there is anyone on this forum who is
using Yogani's lessons as a stand alone practice as I am.

After many years of practice of Iyengar style Yoga during which time I learned and benefited very much I was at the point where I felt that I had gonna as far with asana as I could go and focused primarily on pranayama. I was also interested in meditation but it is not taught in the Iyengar method.. When I found Yoganis website I felt that I had found teh next step so now that is what I am practicing consistantly as a stand alone practice.

I am. I do other, more physical , stuff as well but for sitting meditation/inner energy work it's just AYP. Mixing systems/practices introduces confusion and indecisiveness. The smooth way is one system.
