I am not sure if this is the best forum for this question, so moderators, I apologize in advance if this post doesn't fit.

For about the last year or so spinach has been my main vegetable. 2 servings a day of fresh, raw spinach has been good for my health. But lately, I just haven't wanted it. I think I need to find another leafy green veggie to substitute.

Kale?

Mustard Greens?

I want something that provides similar nutrition as spinach which is simply a very nutrient dense food. Any ideas?
