I have been meaning to post this topic for a while now, but other threads keep getting in the way, haha. Here is what Yogani says about Kechari 1:
Stage 1 – To the point on the roof of the mouth where the hard and soft palates meet. This is the line of demarcation that must be crossed before stage 2 can be entertained
What I have found is that there is a bump where the soft and hard pallet meet in the middle of the roof of the mouth....At the exact point on the bump where the soft and hard pallets meet is a "sweet spot"....When I lick this spot with the front underside my tongue it feels like I am licking the inside of my forehead. What I imagine Kechari 4 would feel like. Has anyone else found this spot? Am I stating the obvious here?
