Hi,
Here is an interview of someone named Florian Schlosser (a teacher), that I really loved:

He has, for me, and in a powerful way, gave me insights and answers into my own experiences concerning conscioussness, awareness and attention or focus. I believe his views on the workings of attention are fresh and unique. They had, for me, explained a lot, including the idea of an "ego", which he explians solely as a movement of consciousness or, in other words, as a result of a narrow focus. A wide or open focus (open awareness) includes more and it is the space closer to that which we are. I felt incredible realisations thanks to his words and simple, yet powerful, view. Just thought maybe you will benefit a little from it as well
All the best! |
