Because music, sometimes is iluminated poetry too...with love..
My fauvorite song,

There's a lady who's sure
All that glitters is gold

If the stores are all closed

Sometimes all of our thoughts are misgiven.

I think lot of people have listened this song.If you havent did,give it a chance in your life...
Altought it seems to have no sense,if you listen the song with the eyes of hearth,youll find its deep spiritual message. |

I've heard Stairway to Heaven a few times again recently, and am realizing just how illuminated it really is (very!!).

Objectivity/Form reflects all we need to know about it, if we're alert ... but giving too much attention to form manifests as doubt.

ALL these "trees by the brook" .... will know the laughter-joy vibration of bliss-self (samadhi), eka-spanda-ing (the One, oscillating) ... creating not only the whole point (dharana) ... by allowing (letting) awareness be the *light* it is .... but its sustaining ... sounding .... singing ... resounding .... piping ... the line emanating from the point, arising ... By the way, it's said that kundalini coils 3.5 times around the base of the spine ... maybe because 3.14159 would have caused too much thinking about it ... but 3.5 symbolizes it quite nicely, the relationship .... the intimacy .... the finite point of infinite awareness .... the infinite sphere I Am ... the line called liberated mind ever experiencing the wholeness of the perfectly One balance of the Two that Is Nothing If Not Now Here Out of Nowhere As In In Here).
And (just by the way) .... the Hebrew alphabet has 22 letters .... and (just by the way) ... that same culture gave us the 7 day week (as in "God created the world in" ... because S(He) sang/said/allowed Let Me Be ... the Light of Awareness I Am Now) .... and 22/7 is really really really close to 3.14159 (aka PI, aka the ratio of the diameter/line to the circumference of a circle/wholeness emanating from a single point now).

But i wonder how it is possible.¿Did they know what were they talking about with this song (led zeppelin members)? If they didnt (i think probably they didnt,they were simply inspired),who created the song lyrics (inner silence i suposse)?.
Were they channels for this lyrics?
What is the purpose of this song? Everybody listen it but dont worry about the meaning.
Whats the message that universe wants to give us now trought this song?i mean...Why it happens now,in this time?
Remember the first time i listened this song.I felt to much love and divine feelings.I was 16 years old.I didnt know what and why was it happening.
Please kirtanman,would be great to read some of your toughts about purpose and spirit in this song.Its alive.
60 and 70's was an amazing age.Full of magic things like this song.Why? What happened?

btw, this is what I think is a very spiritual song as well and one I have found myself listening to a lot lately. Paul McCartney said he originally wrote this after meeting an African American woman involved in the Civil Rights Movement.
