This quote is not given from a sectarian point of view. It describes a well-known principle. When people gather for a spiritual purpose, consciousness is stimulated and rises. This rising can be experienced as deepening inner silence and pervading pure bliss consciousness. This experience occurs in every gathering for a high spiritual ideal, in every gathering.

At AYP we have been running a Global Group Meditation since 2006.

We currently have two groups that meet to meditate together every Saturday and Sunday.
Group-West meets at 11.15 am ET USA
and
Group-East meets at 11.45 am Indian Standard Time (IST).
New and seasoned practitioners are welcome to participate in these groups.
Venue : Where you are.
Who are invited : New and seasoned practitioners.
Days : Saturday and Sunday

Time for Group-East : 11.45 am Indian Standard Time **

You participate from where you are, your own meditation room.
Everyone starts deep meditation at the same time. So any other practices like Spinal breathing pranayama will need to be completed before this time.
The time fixed for meditation for Group-West is 11.15 am ET USA and for Group-East is 11.45 am Indian Standard Time.
So if for example you wish to join the Group-West and you are from Norway you start mantra meditation at 5.15 pm. Similarly if you are from Ireland or the U.K. you will join us at 4.15 pm.
If you wish to join the Group-East and you are from Norway you start mantra meditation at 8.15 am. Or if you are from Ireland or the U.K. you join us at 7.15 am.

There will be a notification put up when the time changes happen form Standard Time to DST (Daylight Savings Time) or vice versa.
