AYP spreads beautifully these days :

Jonathan Bartlett of the Philadelphia Yoga Examiner
is responsible for this well written article about AYP. The article also includes an AYP youtube "video". Jonathan is himself a yoga teacher, writer, and clinical trials programmer.

Maybe one day yoga will make it so far as to be featured beyond the "Fitness and Weight Loss" section
