It is weird but if I meditate for 20 mins with I AM by myself I get really irratable afterwards, but when I do it duing the group meditation I dont have these side effects I am love, I am joy, I am peace I am neil

Increasing your rest time after meditation works 9 times out of 10 to get rid of irritability after meditation. Just increase your rest period after meditation and see.
Group energy can go either way.. if the group has people who have been meditating for a while, you generally feel very calm later.. if however there is one or few people who are very mindy/disturbed, it may affect you. Really depends on the people meditating in the group.

Thanks for your reply I was speaking of the ones posted on here, I have done two sundays and one saturday, had to skip out this satureday, waves were good. I emailed yogani about it and he gave me some suggestions, I have had to modify my practice, I can be irratated even if I lay down for a very long time. I am love, i am peace, I am joy I am neil
