If I breath slow enough I feel that I can get the breath to come in evenly through both nostrils and it feels very cool and hits a spot inside the head at the level of the third eye. I can still trace the spine with this sensation but it feels like it hits something inside my head. My experiences have definitely changed in the recent past. Especially since I began practicing two times a day everyday no matter how I feel. I am very thankful for Yogani's constant insistence on twice daily practice. after you read 6 of his books and he constantly reminds of this it starts to sink in.
