I recently ordered this book written by Tsultrim Allione : does anybody read it? Why I bought : when we have inner problems or illnesses or pains, we dont want them. So we fight them, declare war on them, love to get rid of them. But this seems not the proper way to deal with them(spiritually : you muss accept was is). But to feed them, or like Thich Nhat Hanh says : cherish them, craddle them like little babies : quite strange in my opinion. About pain : didnt Krishnamurti had fierce pains, Sri Aurobindo says that the cause of pain(s) is pressure from higher levels on the human to go further, to push (wo-)man.

I only see pain as an alarmbell, trying to wake us up. The harder we sleep, the more pain we must receive before we get inspired to find out the Truth about that pain... And when we do... we'll see it was all love from the start! |
