hello everyone, I am not sure what you mean by this diet----only the rice? Oh, I took a quick look at the link, it uses juices as well. I would say it may be okay for short term, but rice can put on weight for heavier use like that. You see, it turns into sugar in your body very soon after eating it----like 3 to 4 hours. I have heard that one trick to stop that is to add a good oil with the meal. Not sure if that helps, or if the topic is too old now; but there you are. Good luck with it, or did you already do it?
