Hey, has anyone thought of making a series of short videos explaining and demonstrating the various AYP practices for viewing on Youtube.com? THAT would be amazing! Perhaps even taught by Yogani himself? :)
Hi Cloutier, Have been thinking of this for quite some time, and would have begun too, had I not run into a series of technical snags with my camera and software. Well, everything in good time, I guess. If more people are thinking about it, it's a good sign.
