For anyone who has ever had a hard time with the multisyllabicity of Sanskrit, or the "Thees" and "Thous" of the Bible, or the cultural nuances of the world's esoteric systems .... and who has wished that someone, somewhere, would distill the essence of what it's all about, in plain language:

PS - At the end of this video, the narrator discloses that further information is available from a Kabbalistic education center; just FYI, until that is mentioned ... my opinion is that the video clip could have been titled "The Essence of the Yoga Sutras" or "Esotericism Unveiled" or some-such (as in: please don't let the 'K'-Word dissuade you .... this video is WELL worth the few minutes it takes to watch!)
