Hi All:

This informative Yoga FAQ was conceived by Etherfish, and developed with Shanti and other forum member volunteers. It is a job very well done. Thank you, Etherfish, Shanti and all who have been involved!

The FAQ covers many of the "frequently asked questions" that have come up and been discussed on numerous aspects the AYP integrated system of practices. A concise answer is provided for each topic question, as well as links to pertinent lessons and forum postings. The FAQ will be gradually improved as the discussions continue to evolve in the AYP Forums.

This is not a discussion area, and the reply function for the FAQ topics is not enabled. Discussions on the FAQ topics are welcome, and can be conducted in the public forums, with links back to FAQ topics of interest, as desired.

Suggestions on improving the Yoga FAQ are welcome!

The FAQ can be searched using the top menu search link, which will default to search this Yoga FAQ if clicked from any page within the FAQ.
